I got the client and the lead dev on a 10-minute call, clarified it, and updated the Jira ticket.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li><b>Bad &#8220;Win&#8221;:<\/b> &#8220;I&#8217;m going to re-plan the entire project and move us from Waterfall to Agile.&#8221; (This is too big and will panic everyone.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>2. Establish Your Communication Cadence<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This is where you <i>really<\/i> become the Project Manager.
