Information you send us yourself — when you write to us by e-mail, call us, or use the contact form. The contact form does not store anything on our website: it opens your own e-mail program with a pre-filled message, and we receive what you choose to send (usually your name, e-mail address, phone number and message).
Technical information recorded by our hosting provider when you visit the site — for example IP address, browser type, requested page and time. These server logs are used only to operate and protect the website.
We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising or social-media tracking, and we do not build visitor profiles.
If you use the accessibility menu, your choices (for example larger text) are saved only in your own browser (local storage) and are never sent to us.

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf: GoDaddy (website hosting, data centre in Europe) and Microsoft 365 (e-mail). They may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our business relationship, and afterwards only as long as the law requires (for example for accounting). Server logs are kept for a short period determined by the hosting provider.

The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and does not run a database or accept file uploads. We limit access to e-mail and hosting accounts to authorised people.
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
